J.T. (Tom) Buck
Tom is one of our founders and designs some of our products.
He is an expert on team development, innovation and implementation of large
organization improvement efforts. He has worked on large-scale change projects
with such diverse organizations as Ford Motor Company, Amoco Production Company,
the U.S. Postal Service, Rubbermaid and the Canadian Pacific Rail System.
Tom has developed, taught and consulted in implementations on leadership,
teaming, quality, union-management relations, re-engineering and rational/creative thinking.
He has founded over a dozen separate learning-focused corporations over the past
two decades. He was formerly the President and founder of Prism Performance
Systems, Inc. and Triad Performance Technologies, Inc., both significant
consulting service providers in the U.S. Midwest.
He is a past President of the Greater Detroit Chapter of the American Society
of Training and Development, Past Chapter Chair of the Michigan East YPO
Chapter, and participates extensively in volunteer activities in his local
school system and for the University of Michigan.
Tom has an MBA from Wayne State University and a BA from the University of Michigan.

Tomas R. Giberson
Tom is one of our founders and designs some of our products.
Tom is an expert Organization Development consultant in such areas as
leadership development, employee satisfaction / commitment, organization and
culture development, survey feedback and organization assessment and change management.
As the Director of Client Services at Infinite Learning, LLC, Tom currently
services clients such as Genesys Health System, George P. Johnson Co., The
Taubman Co. and DENSO North America Inc. His responsibilities also include
developing new services to offer to Infinite Learning's clients.
Formerly, Tom was the Director of Global Organization Development at F.X.
Coughlin Co., a supply chain manager for Fortune 500 companies. Among other
responsibilities there, he designed, developed and implemented "Coughlin
University," which standardized and integrated all training offered at the
company and its four divisions. An employee commitment / satisfaction survey
process, created as an organizational key performance indicator, was also
designed, developed and implemented by him. Additionally, Tom developed
and implemented a global performance management process and provided ongoing
facilitation and leadership for a global process re-engineering effort that
impacted over 800 people at Coughlin.
Previously, he was a senior consultant at Prism Performance Systems, where he
led and supported various strategic and tactical change management and human
resources consulting projects. Tom has provided consulting services to The
Nature Conservancy, Michigan Consolidated Gas, Michigan State Police, General
Motors and Consumers Energy, among others.
Tom has presented to a variety of professional and industry associations. He
has a Ph.D. from Wayne State University in Industrial and Organizational
Psychology, with a minor in Social Psychology. His research there focused on
leadership and organization culture. He has an M.A. from University of North
Carolina, Charlotte in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and a B.S. in
Economics and Psychology from Adrian College.
Kevin A. Buck
Kevin is general manager of 2Thynk.
Kevin is an experienced CFO. He is currently the top financial officer in a
43M steel products company. Formerly he was CFO for a large consulting services
firm. He has overseen a dozen corporate formations.
He is fluent in French and familiar with international financial practices.
He has a track record of improving profitability directly through the financial
functions of the corporation. He has also managed benefits and HR functions.
He has directed start-up activities, managed tax matters, financial planning,
accounting processes, human resource processes, participated on several boards
of directors, designed accounting systems and managed banking relationships for
a variety of companies.
Kevin is a graduate of University of Michigan with a dual major B.A. in
Economics and French.
